Payments are made in increments of $500 and occur every Tuesday and Friday.

Between payments, there are 3-day sprints where tasks are completed and progress is reviewed on the next payment day.

Payment is required before scheduling a Zoom or in-person check-in.

Payment Policy

Are payments flexible? What happens if a payment is delayed or missed? Will the check-in or tasks be postponed?

Payment scheduling is entirely up to you, as payments are required before a Zoom or in-person meeting can take place. This policy applies to unforeseen events or holidays. While we can work around your schedule, delaying payments will also delay tasks and progress.

What happens on holidays? If a payment day falls on a holiday, is it rescheduled or skipped?

Payments on holidays follow the same rule: payment is required before any meeting or task continuation. We will adjust meetings and tasks to fit your availability, but delayed payments will impact the overall schedule.

How are payments made? Do you accept specific payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer)?

Payments are made via a PayPal QR code located on the website.

Is there an automated system, or do they need to manually pay each time?

Currently, payments must be made manually through the PayPal QR code.

Are payments refundable?

No, payments are non-refundable.

If I decide to stop the project halfway, will unused payments be refunded?

No, unused payments will not be refunded.

Can payments be bundled?

Payments can be bundled if they fall within the same week (Tuesday and Friday), but there is no financial incentive for doing so. For example, you can pay $1,000 upfront for a single week instead of two separate $500 payments.

Can I pay a larger lump sum upfront?

Yes, you can choose to pay a larger amount upfront, but there is no financial advantage to doing so. Payments still align with the existing Tuesday/Friday schedule for progress reviews and tasks.
